DEWEY, AZ – Yavapai County authorities say a buck found stuck was freed from an electric fence with assistance from deputies and wildlife officers.

Yavapai County Sheriff’s spokesman Dwight D’Evelyn said in a news release that a Dewey homeowner notified Arizona Game and Fish on Tuesday about a trapped buck on its property.
A deputy was dispatched and found the very agitated animal with its antlers and head entangled in the fencing.
