The CYCLOPS fence load indicator tells you at a glance the condition of the fence and the load on the fence charger. This circuit was designed to indicate three different conditions.
If the light is flashing every click (Regular Flash), then the fence is O.K. and the voltage to the fence is over 4,000 volts. If the light is flashing less than every click (intermittent flash) then the fence is loaded and the voltage to the fence is between 3,000 and 4,000 volts. When the charger is clicking and the light does not flash at all (No Flash) then the fence is shorted and the voltage to the fence is below 3,000 volts. You only need one glance at the Fence Load Indicator to know the condition of the fence and the output of the fence charger.
